Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

By using AutoAcad you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What AutoAcad is

AutoAcad is a tool that assembles an NCAAA course file from documents you supply and drafts the Course Report and CLO workbook. It is provided free of charge for academic use by university instructors and course coordinators.

It is an aid, not an authority

Generated reports are drafts. Every figure — grade distributions, pass rates, learning-outcome achievement — is derived from the files you upload and from settings an administrator configures. You are responsible for checking a generated report before submitting it to your institution or to any accreditation body. AutoAcad does not certify, approve, or accredit anything.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to upload the documents you provide. Course files routinely contain student names, ID numbers, and marks; by uploading them you confirm you are permitted to process that data under your institution's policies and applicable law. Keep your account credentials to yourself, and do not attempt to access reports belonging to other users.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis with no uptime guarantee. Uploaded files and generated exports are working data and may be cleared when the server restarts — download anything you need in the same session. Accounts, reports, and survey results are stored in a database and persist.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AutoAcad and its authors are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including errors in a generated report, lost uploads, or interruptions in availability.

Changes and contact
